History

Summit Consulting Services was founded in 1999 by principals who have over 50 years of combined construction project management, administration and consulting experience. With backgrounds spanning residential, commercial, education, civil, and infrastructure projects, our experience provides valuable service to clients from all construction disciplines and market sectors.

The resource of practical project management experience applied together with a knowledge of proven controls and analysis methodologies has provided our construction market clients with successful performance in all of our engagements. Our work has centered principally upon dispute resolution services, but through time and opportunity, has grown to include Owner's Representation services and Problem Project Solutions for in-process projects in need of management review and correction.

In 2003, Summit began a new realm of consulting performance within the Educational Facilities sector. Building upon our schools experience of facility planning, Owner's Representation and Problem Project Solutions, the Summit team has since provided consulting expertise to government agencies seeking to establish educational facility equality, the conduct of facility assessment programs, and the establishment of state-wide commissions tasked with the guidance and oversight of education facility construction.

Our construction project management and control abilities are further supplemented by memberships and professional certifications in some of the industry's leading associations. A few of these include:
